Reenita is a prolific storyteller with experience in writing and publishing across health, business, finance, and culture. Born in Mumbai, India, Reenita is currently Chief Storyteller at Chapter by episode, a digital publishing platform for immersive chat fiction stories with diverse themes. She is also Creator & Executive Producer of the Shadow Realm podcast series based upon her MG/YA fantasy fiction novel, Shadow Realm (Part 1 of the Arya Chronicles). Reenita’s literary works include YA & MG novels with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusivity, and non-fiction books focusing on Ayurvedic Medicine and personal finance. Reenita's background as an Ayurveda Clinician has led her to teach clinical and CME programs to health care practitioners at the University of California schools (SF, Davis), University of North Carolina's Global Medical Education Center, and Hong Kong University's Li Ka Shing School of Medicine. For many years she was an Ayurvedic consultant at California Pacific Center and has also been part of the teaching faculty at yoga teachers' training programs in Hong Kong and California. She has provided corporate wellness and business coaching programs to a variety of Hong Kong-based companies, mostly banks such as HSBC and financial services companies. She founded, built and subsequently sold Ayoma, an Ayurvedic self-care product line, and the Ayoma LifeSpa, a premier Ayurvedic wellness spa, and has provided Ayurvedic training and consulting services to top spa wellness retreats such as the Four Seasons, Champneys, the Canyon Ranch, and the Banyan Tree Spas. She is a limited partner in the How Women Invest fund which specifically invests in women owned companies and a board member of the Global DARE foundation.
